There were many talented Chief Architect users in this month’s design competition, and we are delighted to announce the winners for June’s Kitchen, Bath, and Interior Design Contest!
1st Place Winner: Rodante Bernabe
Rodante is a popular Residential Construction Designer with Chief Architect’s Facebook community. Rodante of R.H Bernabe Enterprises’ winning submission was centered around a bedroom space and included easy access to an outdoor garden and deck area. The bedroom also has an adjoining private office and offers a built-in entertainment center.
Rodante is located in Laguna, Philippines and has over 37 years of experience as a civil engineer, and particularly enjoys residential construction and design.
2nd Place Winner: Lara Wasylyshen
Lara Wasylyshen of Lacey Homes created her bathroom design for her local 2021 Parade of Homes. The ensuite was designed so her client could enjoy the view of the prairie coulees. Lara wanted to create a luxurious space and included a free-standing bathtub, double sinks, and a herringbone tile for the shower.
3rd Place Winner: Petra Tobias
The third-place winning design is one of Petra’s featured projects that is near and dear to her. She had the opportunity to create her mother’s dream retirement home and wanted to make an inviting and warm space. Petra’s mother wished to downsize; therefore, she made a 750 square foot open concept plan. It consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a seaside enclave, and high ceilings with coffered details.
Petra is a part-owner of Interiors with Love. She started her company with her sister more than ten years ago after working with local builders and contractors. Petra has now completed multiple projects worldwide.
