The Grandview project began as an educational event for Chief Architect’s staff, and as the project evolved, the company wanted to help assist with local housing needs in the area. Donating the profits from the home became a logical answer. At some point, the house may be built as a spec home in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and the profits from the sale donated to a local housing cause.
