When I attempt to access an online resource in Chief Architect X15, Home Designer 2024, or a prior version, I receive the following message:

• "#272032522 - The resource you requested will be opened in your default web browser. If you would like to access the resource when disconnected from the internet, you can use your browser's 'Save As' functionality to save a copy of the resource."

What does this mean?

ANSWER

This is an informational message that displays in Chief Architect X15, Home Designer 2024, and prior versions when a recently accessed resource is going to open in your default web browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc). This often occurs when you navigate to Help> View Reference Manual or Help> View Tutorial Guide from within the program.

If you would like the resource to be available offline, you can save a PDF (Portable Document Format) copy of the resource by selecting the Save, Save As, or Download option from within your web browser.
