Seminar Policies

After registering for any training service, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This message will include class dates and times as well as seminar location and travel directions when applicable. This information is also posted on our website at
seminar.chiefarchitect.com

Webinar Policy

All online webinar start times are listed in U.S. Pacific Time.

Webinar recordings are available for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for online webinars since recorded materials are provided. A credit may be issued upon request and can only be applied to other training services.

On rare occasion, Chief Architect may need to reschedule an online webinar. If you are unable to make the rescheduled time, you may choose to receive either a full refund or a credit towards a future seminar within the next 12 months. Credits can only be applied for training services.

Classroom Training Policy

Attendee Cancellation

To provide an accurate count to our host we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you will be unable to attend. If you cancel:

Virtual Classes:

More than 3 days before the training seminar date the balance of the training seminar cost will be returned to you.
Fewer than 3 days of the training seminar date, you can receive a 50% credit of the total seminar cost toward any other training seminar you attend within the next 12 months.

Physical Classes:

More than 20 days before the training seminar date, the balance of the training seminar cost will be returned to you.
Fewer than 20 days of the training seminar date, you can receive a 50% credit of the total seminar cost toward any other training seminar you attend within the next 12 months.

Chief Architect Cancellation

Chief Architect will make every effort possible to ensure a training session you have signed up for will take place at the scheduled time. Should some unforeseen circumstance cause its cancellation, we will refund your payment or provide an option for you to reschedule.

Personal Training Policy

Attendee Cancellation

If you cannot attend a scheduled training class or session, we ask that you let us know promptly. If you cancel:

More than 3 business days before the scheduled training session, you can receive a 90-day credit or ask for a full refund.
Less than 3 business days before the scheduled training session, you can receive a 90-day credit for future training.
Less than 24 hours before your scheduled training session or miss your appointment without notifying us you will be charged for that reserved time.

5-hour blocks of training must be used within 6 months of purchase; 10-hour blocks must be used within 12 months. After that period, any unused training time will expire.
